This website is built to be read, not to watch you. It sets no cookies, runs no analytics or advertising, and loads nothing from other companies. This policy explains the little information that is processed when you visit or write to us.
Who we are
This policy covers appsscaler.com, the website of Apps Scaler OÜ, a private limited company registered in Estonia (“Apps Scaler”, “we”, “us”). Apps Scaler OÜ is responsible for the personal information processed through this website. For any privacy question or request, email hello@appsscaler.com.
Our apps are separate products, each with its own privacy policy, shown in the app and on its store listing. This policy covers only this website.
What we do not collect
- No cookies, and nothing stored in your browser.
- No analytics, tracking pixels, fingerprinting or advertising.
- No accounts, forms or sign-ups.
- No third-party requests: fonts, images and code are all served from our own domain.
What is processed when you visit
Like every website, ours is delivered by a hosting provider. To deliver pages and keep the service secure, the provider’s servers automatically handle technical information sent by your browser: your IP address, the date and time of the request, the page requested, your browser and device type, and the referring page. This is used only to serve the site, keep it secure and fix problems. It is not used to identify you or to build a profile of you, and it is kept only for the short period the provider needs for those purposes.
The animated cherry is drawn entirely on your device. Nothing about how you scroll or move your pointer leaves your browser.
When you email us
If you write to us, we receive your email address, your name if you include it, and whatever your message contains. We use it only to reply and to handle what you asked about. We keep the correspondence for as long as the conversation needs it and then for a reasonable period in case you follow up, after which we delete it. We never sell it, and never add you to a mailing list without asking.
Legal basis
Where data protection law such as the GDPR applies, we process the technical information above on the basis of our legitimate interest in running a secure website, and your emails on the basis of our legitimate interest in replying to you or to take steps you asked for.
Sharing
We do not sell or rent personal information. It is shared only with service providers that run the site and our email for us, under their obligation to protect it, or where the law requires us to.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access the personal information we hold about you, to correct it, to have it deleted, to restrict or object to its processing, and to receive it in a portable form. Email hello@appsscaler.com and we will respond within one month. You also have the right to complain to a data protection authority: in Estonia, the Data Protection Inspectorate (Andmekaitse Inspektsioon), or the authority where you live or work.
Children
This website is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.
Changes
If we change how this website handles information, we will update this page and its effective date.
